we design high performance work places that aim to improve employee attraction and retention. using autoCAD, our design team creates block plans to determine what will fit and communicate the general flow of your new space. if there is no existing CAD file for your office, we have the ability to come out and measure rooms to create a new base plan from scratch. NWOI also uses the latest rendering software to build out the space in 3D. we use real symbols, materials, and finish samples directly from our manufacturers so you can see exactly what you’re investing in before you sign off on the project. we can even model wall paint schemes, architectural details, and flooring selections. contact us for an estimate on design time for your project!

FURNITURE PROCUREMENT

being that NWOI is not formally aligned with any one major manufacturer, we are able to procure product from a wide range of brands and price points. this allows us to pull together a well-rounded collection of items to meet the project needs while keeping your ideal budget in mind. our team stays up-to-date on all of the current industry trends. with that, we also have our favorites - tried and true products that we know will be successful in your space! we receive volume based project discounting, in addition to our standard dealer discounts, which we are able to pass on to you. NWOI orders the product on your behalf and coordinates all warehousing and installation efforts after its arrival.

FINISH SELECTION

who said offices had to be boring? we believe in creating a beautiful work environment for your employees to thrive in. sure, neutrals are our jam. but they can also be used in a way that keeps the office feeling fresh and inviting for your team. if bright colors are more your company’s vibe - we can work those in, too! NWOI takes a full picture approach to design. we care deeply about the details, down to how your carpet is going to look with the pulls on your desk storage. if you’re already working with an interiors firm, be sure to connect us early on in the process so we can work together as a team in selecting building finishes that will work well with our furniture suggestions. if you’re looking for quick guidance on simple updates like carpet and paint, NWOI can take care of that and communicate it to your contractor partners.

PROJECT COORDINATION

all of the fun details have been nailed down, quotes signed, now what? our project managers take it from here! we spend time checking and re-checking all documentation to ensure it matches the signed quotes, includes all parts and pieces to go together properly, and has the proper finishes called out. once entered into our ordering systems, we check the project one more time against the manufacturer’s acknowledgement. at this point, we will have ship dates and ETA’s to share with you and will begin to coordinate installation. leave all the paperwork to us - any product damage, warranty claims, extended lead times, etc. we handle all the tiny details so all you have to do is sit back and relax until move-in day! does your install require disposal or reconfigure of existing product? we coordinate all of that as well!

INSTALLATION

we collaborate with a well renowned office furniture installation company in the local community to facilitate the delivery and set up of your new product. your project will be assigned a lead installer who will familiarize themselves with our provided space plans and specific product involved to ensure their install team is set up for success. during the installation process, one or more members from the NWOI team will also be on-site to answer any questions and document any punch list items that may arise. upon project completion, we will schedule a final walk through with you to address any concerns and/or needs for additional items.

RECONFIGURATION

the office environment is ever-evolving! we’re here to help guide you in the event that a reconfigure of existing product is needed. our team will come out to take a visual inventory, compare against current CAD drawings of your space, and provide new plans that meet the needs of your growing/changing business. if new product is needed to make the reconfigure viable, we will facilitate that order process and make sure the new space plan is documented to include all necessary details for our installers. should something existing be discontinued, our design team can make suggestions to ensure you end up with a cohesive space post reconfigure.

OFFICE RELOCATION

our move partners can tear down and relocate any existing product in your office and help you settle into a new location. we can also provide carts, boxes, and the physical move of any personal employee items from place to place should you need it. even if we didn’t do your initial product install, we can still help you move! our installers are well versed in a wide array of products so they can make sure everything goes back together again seamlessly. contact us for a moving services quote.

FURNITURE REPAIR

broken caster or pneumatic cylinder? we’ll check the warranty on any product and send our repair team out to fix it ASAP. we also work with talented local craftsmen who can repair damaged wood surfaces or even customize a matching replacement for just about anything. punch list items after a large install? we take care of those right away and deal with any manufacturer questions to get things remedied swiftly.
